Feeling Able to Heal: A Workbook for Recovery from Childhood Sexual Abuse provides a series of evidence-informed exercises designed to assist survivors in learning the complexities of trauma recovery.

Sometimes situations leave people feeling hurt. While all hurt can be healed, it will take work and courage. This workbook contains physical and writing activities to help guide individuals through hurt and trauma to foster emotional healing.
